Every great home starts with a great vision. We sit down with you to fully understand your needs, wants, and lifestyle. We delve into your aesthetic preferences, budget, and timeline, studying inspiration photos and discussing everything from architectural styles to fixture choices. Once we're aligned on a comprehensive vision, we roll up our sleeves and get to work.
STEP 2
DESIGN REVIEW
This stage brings your vision into focus. We present you with proposed selections of construction materials and fixtures, examining everything from flooring, lighting and paint options to plumbing configurations. We review budgets, make any necessary adjustments, and secure a deposit for purchases. Your feedback guides this phase, ensuring that the final design aligns with your vision and lifestyle.
STEP 3
DESIGN EXECUTION
Once we've received your approval and deposit, we swing into action. Our team manages every facet of the process, from ordering materials to liaising with tradespeople, architects, and builders. We ensure every component matches the approved specifications and handle any issues that arise, coordinating the safekeeping of goods.
As a bonus, we can seamlessly transition into the interior design furniture services as phase 2, should you desire a fully furnished space.
